Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Active Fashion Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • All Plus Size Clothing items
  • All Classic Shorts items

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition (with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please don’t send your return before receiving these instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved:
– Securely package the item(s) in original packaging
– Include your order confirmation or email authorization

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return:
Returns: Refund processed within 3-5 business days
Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 1-2 business days

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • International returns may take longer to process due to customs

Damaged or Defective Items
