Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Plus Size Clothing (all items in this category)
- Classic Shorts (all items in this category)
Note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please use the following template:
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send your return before receiving these instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
- Include your order confirmation or a copy of the email authorization
- Ship to our returns center at:

Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your return:
- Returns: We will process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to process
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to process
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with your return
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- International returns may take longer to process due to customs clearance
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
